  Family Justice System for England and Wales The Family Justice System is a network of organisations including family courts, CAFCASS and other support services
  INCADAT
The International Child Abduction Database (INCADAT) has been established by the Permanent Bureau of the Hague Conference on Private International Law with the object of making accessible many of the leading decisions rendered by national courts in respect of the Hague Convention of 25 October 1980 on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction.
Children & the Law Children's Legal Centre The Free Legal Information section gives advice on a range of topics relating to children, residence, parental responsibility etc. Short case study examples are also given.
  CareLaw Legal Advice for Young People in Care
  Children and Family Court Advisory Service CAFCASS looks after the interests of children involved in family proceedings. It works with children and their families, and then advises the courts on what it considers to be in the children's best interests.

Mental Health Mind See Information section for Legal content
  Mental Health Review Tribunal The Mental Health Review Tribunal has the responsibility of hearing applications or references concerning people detained under the Mental Health Act 1983
  Section 12(2) Mental Health Act 1983 This site looks specifically at this section of the act, and reviews the proposals to reform it.
Criminal Justice Criminal Justice System of Northern Ireland, comprising: Umbrella site linking the 7 major areas of criminal justice provision in Northern Ireland.

  NACRO National Association for the Care and Resettlement of Offenders
  Howard League for Penal Reform The group works for humane and rational reform of the penal system.  It researches and comments on criminal justice policy and practice, holds conferences and debates, publishes books and reports
