HOW TO RENEW LIBRARY MATERIAL AND AVOID FINES

The Library offers a facility for you to renew material that you have on loan.

All library loans are subject to recall if requested by another borrower. If you have an item on loan and it has been requested, it must be returned within 7 days. Requested items CANNOT be renewed.

If your loans are several days overdue or if you have fines outstanding, you must contact staff at the Issue Desk on your campus.

WAYS TO RENEW

Renew online using My Account or the Portal's Learning Resources tab.

Enter your user ID and network password.

Choose Loans.

Click on the red button next to any item that you wish to renew

Click on the green tick to confirm the new date.

Renew by telephone

The automated telephone renewal service and information line is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Ring 028-9036-8530. Have your borrower number ready when you call.

Renew in person at any University of Ulster library issue desk

Bring the items to staff at any Issue Desk.
