    The Library Help chat service is available to all users and is an easy way to get in touch. Just look for the chat button via Library Help, the Library homepage and elsewhere.

    When the chat button shows green, Library staff are available to answer your queries. Contact us with any library related query including:

    E-resource queries
    Item availability queries
    Checking if what you want is on the shelves
    Questions about group study room bookings
    Noise or anything else you want to tell us
        about in any of the libraries

    Hundreds of students have used Library chat in the last year and their ratings/comments indicate they really like the service.

  • Library Help Service

    The Library Help service is our fully searchable knowledgebase and can be used to answer any Library queries you may have. If you do not find an answer in the FAQs, you can use Library Help to send us a question or request for help. We will respond to you as soon as possible.

    The Library Help knowledgebase can be searched by keyword or you can just type your question into the search box. The FAQs are divided into topics covering every aspect of using the Library, from Library borrowing to accessing our e-resources. If you can't find an answer, just ask us using the simple form provided.

New E-Resource: Acland Anatomy

The Library now has access to Acland Anatomy, a highly realistic video anatomy atlas with simple language and three-dimensional quality.
