Library Help Service

The Library Help service is our fully searchable knowledgebase and can be used to answer any Library queries you may have. If you do not find an answer in the FAQs, you can use Library Help to send us a question or request for help. We will respond to you as soon as possible.

The Library Help knowledgebase can be searched by keyword or you can just type your question into the search box. The FAQs are divided into topics covering every aspect of using the Library, from Library borrowing to accessing our e-resources.
