Laws Direct contains current Volumes 1-50 of Halsbury's Laws of
England, with the full text of the most recent Cumulative Supplement
for current awareness, and the latest Noter-up issue combined.
Since first appearing in 1907 Halsbury's Laws of England has been
the only comprehensive and authoritative narrative treatment of
the law of England and Wales. Its stated aim is to cover every proposition
of English law, whether from statute, case law, or Europe. The work
