The Library provides a wide range of print and electronic resources to help you with your teaching and research. This guide is intended to provide you with a starting point so that you can make the best use of these resources. Throughout this guide, the term Library is used to include the campus Learning Resource Centres (LRCs). A separate guide on Supporting Teaching and Research is also available. Please introduce yourself to a member of the Business Library Team on your campus (details below) as soon as possible so that we can show you the services and resources in your subject area. The Library produces a range of printed guides and these are available in your campus LRC. In addition, there is a comprehensive overview of the services offered by the Library on our website or from the 'Learning Resources' tab of the Portal. From this page, you can access your borrowing record, renew material that you have on loan or reserve an item currently on loan to another borrower. You can access databases and electronic journals or request document delivery (interlibrary loans). The Subject Guide for the Ulster Business School has useful information on the vast range of library sources available - both print and online - for the main subject areas taught in the School and includes links to evaluated resources on the Internet.
